The mission of the grant funding
ALBA manages to formalize Simonon. The multinational force, which has now replaced peacekeeping, has sent six other states to Albania and proves that in Albania it has only brought in Simonon in succession, however they may announce it, since the other KEU forces this year have been more than 7,000 soldiers of the entire European deployment. [?] they shout, not in the hands of the humanitarian mission, built in reality with very few means to help the military peacekeepers from France for the last time, thus being the opposite of the rightful multinational and natural mission throughout Albania.
Undertaking a military mission in a Balkan country, with a structure that is completely unusable and not at all suitable for peacekeeping missions, brings to mind bitter histories of Balkan statesmen. But this one in Albania, so timely and in the calmer phases, has made a statement, said the spokesperson for the withdrawn Albanian movement, explaining that up to now the soldiers of the “Alba” force have patrolled around 40 km from Tirana, avoiding any clash or visible conflict with armed groups. The other Italian forces commanded by General Forino are required to continue in the roads and other Albanian cities in the days ahead.
ALBA has also been seen distributing aid from the UN depots, while the discussion about the mission that will be called “Home” has moved government offices into Albanian cities, so as to become more tangible for local administration and aid needs. The aid organization has planned a strong presence in Durrës, Vlorë, Berat and other cities, mainly for the delivery of food and medicine. In some regions, aid shipments still face difficulties because of the lack of security.
In some areas of the country, efforts to disarm citizens have been reported, while the government has promised to fight arms trafficking and has called on all armed groups to withdraw. According to official sources, this process will be closely monitored by the international mission and by law enforcement forces.
In Tirana, the political debate remains heated. The PS is entering a new phase of internal confrontation, while developments in Parliament are expected to bring new alignments and difficult agreements. Some of the main figures have let it be understood that changes in leadership are inevitable.
